Yoga Purchase Policies

Welcome to Soleil Lune Yoga Center! We are delighted to have you as our guest at class, a workshop, or special event. The following guidelines have been developed to ensure that every student has a positive and peaceful experience at our studio. Please take a moment to review them.

Class Package Policies:

All fees are paid in advance.
Valid for all on-going & community class sessions at the studio.
Not valid for special practices, workshops, immersions, special events, retreats and/or boutique items.
Class packages are non-refundable and are non-transferable.
Classes at Soleil Lune are subject to change. Please continue to check the website and MindBody for the most current updated schedules.
Class Packages do not apply to one specific class or instructor, but to the studio as a whole.
Please consider your availability and the Class Package expiration before choosing the series right for you.

Class Passes

5-Class Passes expire 6 months from the date they are purchased.
10-Class Passes expire 1 year from purchase date.

Unlimited Yoga

Expire 30 days from purchase date.

Annual Unlimited Yoga

Expire 365 days from activation date.
All sales are final. No refunds, pro-rates, temporary holds, or extensions.

Specialty Yoga Sessions

Pro-rates and make-up class sessions are not available. There are no make-up classes unless the studio cancels class.
If weather is severe there will be notifications on facebook, twitter, our website, and our voice mail.
Registration is non-transferable and may not be shared with spouse/child.
Registration is only valid for the designated specialty group classes within the session you are registering for!
Specialty Group packages are not valid for on-going & community classes, workshops, special practices, special events, and/or retreats.

Workshop, Special Events, & Immersion Policies

Arrive 20-30 minutes before the workshop to sign in, get settled, and find your space.
Bring any props you wish to use in your practice, such as a mat, strap, block, blanket, and practice rug. If the instructor requires props, they will be listed under What To Bring in the event's description. It is your responsibility to bring those items.
Remember to bring your own towel & water.
Don't wear perfume or cologne.
No cell phones are allowed in the studio! Ringing cell phones and pagers are extremely disruptive to the energy of the class. Please allow yourself to be "unplugged" while you are here for your event.
The studio opens 30 minutes before and will remain open 30 minutes after your event.

Workshop Cancellations:

For cancellations over 72 hours, you may receive a full refund or transfer your registration dollars to your MindBody Account. You may use your account credit toward any purchase.
For cancellations 72 hours or less before the event, no refunds or credits will be given.

Special Event & Immersion Cancellations:

For cancellations prior to 1-week of the event date, you may request a refund or MindBody Account credit.
For cancellations less than 1 week before the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
