Getting Started

We are so glad you’re here. Truly. Whether this is your very first class or you’re returning to your mat after some time away, you are already part of our community. Our intention is simple: to create a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and able to meet yourself exactly as you are.

To help you settle in with ease, here’s everything you need to know.

New to the Studio? Start Here.

3 Simple Steps to Begin Your Practice

1. Create Your Account + Waiver
Set yourself up for a smooth arrival by creating your WellnessLiving account and completing your waiver ahead of time. You can do this through our app (search Soleil Lune Yoga Center) or online. A few minutes now = a much more relaxed check-in later.

2. Arrive Early
Give yourself the gift of time. Arrive 10–15 minutes before class so your teacher can welcome you, get you checked in, and show you around the space.

3. Choose Your Intro Offer
If you’re new here, we’ve created a couple of options to support your consistency (because that’s where the magic lives):

  • 1 Month Unlimited for $60
Best for those ready to dive in 2+ times per week. Use code 60MONTH at checkout. Renews at $120/month after your first 30 days.

OR

  • 10-Class Pass (20% Off)
10 classes for $136 (normally $170). Valid for one year. Use code 20OFF at checkout.

Prefer to keep it simple? Drop in anytime for $25.

What to expect on your first visit:

  • To be greeted warmly by your instructor who will get you checked in and give you a tour of our facility. Please be sure to let the instructor know this is your first visit, if you have completed the waiver online prior to coming, and of any physical issues that we need to be aware of so that we may effectively meet your needs during your practice!

  • The following Props are all available to you free for your practice: straps, blocks, wedges, blankets, sandbags, spine bags, round bolsters, hand towels, and eye bags.

  • Mat rental is free is on your first visit and $1 thereafter.  All mat rental proceeds are donated to a local charity. Most of our students do bring their own mats and hand towels.

  • Most of our students do bring their own water as we try to be as environmentally friendly as we can! There is community water dispenser, so please bring some cash to make a donation.

What to Expect in Class

  • Every class is an experience—not a performance.

  • We begin with grounding, breath, and arrival

  • Movement is guided with intention, awareness, and options (always options)

  • Ongoing Classes: Verbal guidance, demonstration, and optional hands-on support

  • We close with rest, integration, and stillness—often with a little extra care (yes, that dreamy head/neck massage is optional and wonderful)

At Soleil Lune, this is not about doing it “right.”

It’s about learning to listen, to feel, and to come home to yourself—again and again.

We are honored to hold this space for you and can’t wait to meet you.

With warmth,
The Soleil Lune Team
