Getting Started

We are looking forward to meeting you and are excited to have you begin (or continue) your yoga journey with us!  In order to make your experience the best it can be, please take advantage of the following information and resources!

Are you new to the studio?

3 Easy Steps TO Get Started

  1. Fill out our liability waiver: Create your Wellness Living account and fill out our waiver. You can do this ahead of time by downloading our APP from your APP store (Search for Soleil Lune Yoga Center) or go online by clicking here! This will save you time and create ease at check in.

  2. Arrive Early: Come to class 10 -15 minute prior to the class start time of your choice. The instructor will meet you, check you in, and give you a tour of our facility!

  3. New Student Packages: As a new student, nothing beats our Introductory Offers! Choose one of the following packages or simply drop-in ($20) to any class at any time:

  • 1 Month of Yoga for just $45 and is good for 30 days. Use the discount code 45MONTH during checkout when purchasing your monthly unlimited autopay membership so your first month is just $45! This option is best if you plan to come to class two or more times per week and renews monthly at the normal $99 rate.

     OR

  • Receive 20% off a 10 class pass so you receive 10 classes for just $120 (normally $150)! This pass expires 1 year after activation date and includes any of our on-going and/or community class. Use the discount code 20OFF when purchasing your 10 class pass so your first one is just $120!

Brand New To Yoga?

We recommend starting with a Yoga Basics session, or choose either a Gentle Flow or Mellow Flow class from our on-going schedule.  These classes will give you the foundation to take other classes on our schedule. You may also wish to read 'What Is Yoga?' and  'Yoga Class Etiquette' to familiarize yourself with the practice of yoga and coming to class. You can also read through our class descriptions to find the class that suits you best.

What to expect on your first visit:

  • To be greeted warmly by your instructor who will get you checked in and give you a tour of our facility. Please be sure to let the instructor know this is your first visit, if you have completed the waiver online prior to coming, and of any physical issues that we need to be aware of so that we may effectively meet your needs during your practice!

  • The following Props are all available to you free for your practice: straps, blocks, wedges, blankets, sandbags, spine bags, round bolsters, hand towels, and eye bags.

  • Mat rental is free is on your first visit and $1 thereafter.  All mat rental proceeds are donated to a local charity. Most of our students do bring their own mats and hand towels.

  • Bottled Water is available for purchase for $1 and all water proceeds are donated to a local charity. Most of our students do bring their own water as we try to be as environmentally friendly as we can!

What to expect in class:

  • Meditation, centering/grounding, & breathing to begin.

  • In our Community Classes, Poses are taught in a teacher demonstration and student follow manner. There are no hands-on assists and the instructor remains on their mat the majority of the time.

  • In our On-going Classes, the teacher instructs through verbal cuing, is off their mat, and will use hands-on assists. The teacher, through touch, verbal cues and/or demonstration, will show you where your body should be in the postures.

  • Relaxation with head and neck massage (if you prefer as you always have the choice!).

  • Meditation to end the class.

We are honored that you are considering Soleil Lune to meet your yoga needs and look forward to your visit!

Namaste,
The Soleil Lune Staff
