General Yoga Party:

 

Our general yoga party is designed to your event. It may be given as a Christmas gift, a gathering of friends, bridal shouwer, birthday, for a group you belong to, etc. Whatever the occasion, this party is designed with the theme of your event in mind. This party is great for beginners and those who have never experienced yoga before.  All levels are welcome!

 

• This is a 1-hour yoga party is available at the studio, in your home or on-site wherever you are!

• It is a general yoga practice geared toward the abilities of your guests.

• Modifications and hands-on adjustments are part of your party.

• Requires a 5 person minimum with a maximum of 25 guests.

• No yoga experience is necessary.

 

 

Body Prayer Yoga Party:

 

On our mats we remember how to feel, how to let go, how to forgive, and how to grow. Yoga offers us a wordless place where we can find respite in our breath and stillness in the craziness of everyday life. The Body Prayer Parties are Ashtanga-based Vinyasa Flow practices designed to break down our own self imposed barriers of fear, judgment and self doubt to discover and uncover a sense of openness, love and compassion within ourselves. Open to yoga's powerful benefits and prepare for a truly exceptional and exploratory journey specifically crafted for your event and specific theme.

 

• This 2-hour party is available at the studio, in your home or on-site wherever you are!

• It is an Ashtanga based Vinyasa Flow practice geared toward the abilities of your guests. It is robust and sweaty!

• Modifications and hands-on adjustments are part of your party.

• Requires a 10 person minimum with a maximum of 25 guests

• Previous yoga experience is reccommended for all guests.

 

 

Soul Sweat Yoga Party:

 

Practicing yoga in a heated room is a safe way to deeply stretch your tendons, muscles and ligaments. Heat allows the body to open thus releasing toxins. You will fee lighter, cleansed and ready to take on the world! Your metabolism will increase, your digestion will regulate itself, your immune system will be strengthened and your body will begin to respond to the practice in ways you never thought possible. Soul Sweat Parties are a dynamic Vinyasa flow which maximally challenges the body and mind while invoking a sense of ease, joy, fun and freedom in the body. Again, Soul Sweats are specifically crafted journeys for your event and specific theme.

 

• This 2-hour party is only avaialbe at our studio.

• It is a dynamic and robust  Vinyasa Flow practice geared toward the abilities of your guests. Plan to work hard and be VERY sweaty!

• Modifications and hands-on adjustments are part of your  party.

• Requires a 10 person minimum with a maximum of 25 guests

• Previous yoga experience is recommended for all guests.

Scheduling Your Party

 

To secure your party date, reserve equiment and/or space, as well as schedule the desired instructor, Soleil Lue must receive a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

• Your party's deposit amount = 50% of your party's total and is due at the time of booking.

• Any remaining balance for your party is due at least 1 week prior to your party date.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refunds are made for cancellations made at leaset 3 weeks prior to your party date.

• Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to your party, results in a 50% refund of any and all monies paid toward your event.

• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to your party date, results in a forfeiture of any and all monies paid toward your event. No refunds or credits will be given.
