through awareness, alignment, and breath. We start by slowing things down (yes, immediately), move through a short, intentional gentle flow,
and then… we get really still. Like, actually still.
It’s a blend of movement and meditation that helps you release stress from both your body and your mind—because, spoiler alert, they are very much connected.

Sunrise Flow is a vinyasa-based practice designed to wake up your body, sharpen your mind, and build steady, grounded energy for the day ahead. We keep the pace slower and intentional (because… morning bodies), while still offering a challenging and energizing experience. The heart of the class centers around Sun Salutations A & B (Ashtanga-inspired)— repetitive, rhythmic sequences that build heat, focus, and a quiet kind of power.

The recording is available for about a week or two, so you still get your practice—just on your timeline.
