Take Your Yoga Anywhere!There's no better way to relieve stress than to head onto your mat for some sacred yoga time. We have made it easy for you and your Valentine by offering two types of audio downloads: a vinyasa class or a yoga nidra session (yoga relaxation). To buy classes individually or as a package simply click on the "paypal" button for the download version of the class you want and then continue through the checkout process. Once your order is complete, you will receive two emails; one that will provide you with your receipt from paypal and another one that will provide a link where you can access the classes you purchased. Yoga Nidra
Meaning: Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake. While Yoga Nidra is a state that is very relaxing, it is also used by Yogis to purify the Samskaras, the deep impressions that are the driving force behind Karma.
The Sessions:
Wind Down (13 minutes in length)
This session with Trish is designed to provide a rejuvenating mid-day power nap or can be used to unwind at the end of your day. This is a step by step yoga relaxation of your body and mind to feel the release and accept change. The practice of yoga nidrahas been found to reduce tension and anxiety. This session is set to slow grooving music and is perfect for those that are trying to manifest new habits in their lives and relaxation. Investment: $10
Reconnect (16 minutes in length)
This session with Trish is more active in nature. Gentle twists combined with yoga nidra offer you a mini and gentle detoxification of body, mind and breath. This session nurtures you to reconnect with God, your faith, your body and your mind while cultivating gratitude. Set to more upbeat music with lyrics and drums, this session is a great pick-me-up anytime during your day. Perfect for those looking for a motivational and uplifting session.Investment: $10

Vinyasa Classes
Meaning: To Place in a special way. The term vinyasa may be broken down into its Sanskritic roots to assist in decoding its meaning. Nyasa denotes "to place" and vi denotes "in a special way.What to expect:Vinyasa is the union of breath and movement; the transition when you exit one asana (pose) and start another. Vinyasa flow incorporates yoga postures in a fluid, flowing style (much like dance), designed to bring about inner connection and calm. Focusing on the breath allows us to let go of tension, anxiety, and helps us to re-connect with our bodies on a more profound level. Vinyasa stretches, tones, and massages our bodies, while releasing trapped toxins in the tissues & increasing energy levels. Typically moderate to robust in pace.

Warrior Flow (1 hour 7 minutes in length)
This session with Trish is an unscripted, vinyasa style practice set to motivating music. For those of you who attend her class, this allows you to take Trish and her style of yoga with you wherever you go! This experience allows a space for introspection, challenge, connection with God and of course, the sweet release that her classes provide.With the intensity and softness that her students appreciate, Trish leads you through neck stretches, hip openers, and warrior poses with cues for alignment as well as for deeper, mental/emotional exploration of the poses. This robust session offers options within the poses and will leave you feeling invigorated! Perfect for those looking to combine a more physical practice with intuitive spiritual self-discovery.
