What Class is Right For Me?
Ah yes—the age-old question: Do I want to float peacefully into bliss… or sweat like I just made some life choices?
At Soleil Lune, the answer is: both are welcome. It just depends on the day, your energy, and what your body (and nervous system) are asking for.
First, A Little Truth (and a Little Magic)
Every teacher here brings their own flavor, rhythm, and lived experience into the room.
One class might feel slow, spacious, and deeply introspective.
Another might feel dynamic, strong, and energizing.
Same class name… completely different experience.
That’s intentional. That’s the art of teaching.
So we encourage you to explore—try different teachers, different styles, different energies. You might be surprised what resonates.
Also—real life moment—our schedule may not always include every class type listed below, depending on teacher availability and the season we’re in as a studio.
So if something you love isn’t on the schedule one week, trust—it will find its way back.
Let’s Find Your Lane....
Most Restorative / Beginner Friendly
Gentle Flow, Mellow Flow, Meditation
Think: slow, intentional, supportive.
Less “workout,” more “exhale your entire existence onto the mat.”
Perfect if you’re new, coming back, healing, or just deeply uninterested in being aggressive today.
Gentle to Moderate / Beginner Friendly
Mellow Flow & Meditation, Vinyasa
A little more movement, a little more rhythm—still accessible, still grounded.
You’ll build strength and awareness without feeling like you accidentally signed up for a bootcamp.
Moderate to Challenging (Yes, You Might Sweat)
Vinyasa Flow, Happy Hour Flow
Now we’re flowing. Breath to movement, building heat, maybe questioning your life choices (in a good way).
Still beginner-friendly—but expect to be awake.
Most Robust / Very Sweaty
Power Flow (Recommended: about 6 months of consistent practice)
This is where things get spicy.
Stronger, faster, more physically demanding. You’ll sweat, you’ll breathe heavy, and you might meet parts of yourself you didn’t plan on meeting.
And somehow… you’ll leave feeling incredible.
So… What Should You Choose?
Start where you are. Not where you think you “should” be.
Try a few teachers. Notice how each one lands in your body.
Some will feel like home. Some will challenge you in the best way.
Some days you’ll want softness.
Some days you’ll want strength.
Some days you’ll lie in savasana wondering how this became emotional.
All of it counts. All of it is yoga.
If you’re unsure, we’re always here to guide you.
And if you pick a class and it’s not “perfect”? Congratulations—you’re doing yoga.

Class Registration (aka: How to Save Your Spot Without the Stress)
We like to keep things simple, smooth, and just a little bit organized (because chaos energy before savasana… no thank you). Here’s how to get yourself into class with ease:
Reserve Your Spot

All classes require pre-registration—think of it as calling dibs on your mat.

Use the Soleil Lune Yoga Center app to book your class quickly and easily. (Yes, future you will be very grateful you did this ahead of time.)

Please register at least 2 hours before class starts—your future, slightly more organized self will thank you.

We love spontaneity… just not when it turns into 10 people trying to claim the last spot at the exact same moment.

That said—if life happens and you need to skid into home base at the last minute, just text the studio. We’ll do our best to sneak you in like the yoga ninja you are becoming.
Class Size + Waitlist

We intentionally keep our classes intimate (20 students max) so you can actually be seen, supported, and not feel like you’re practicing yoga in a crowded airport terminal.

If a class is full, hop on the waitlist—spots open more often than you think.
Can’t Get In? We’ve Got You.

If an in-studio class fills up, many of our offerings include a Virtual Live Stream option, so you can still practice from home (pants optional, camera optional, vibes still very much intact).

Virtual Led
This is your follow-along, do-it-with-you experience.
The instructor is right there practicing with you, guiding you through every movement, breath, and moment like your personal at-home yoga companion (but without judging your laundry pile in the corner).
