Class Types

 

Virtual Led

​

  • Classes designated as 'Virtual Led' have the instructor talking you through the practice as they do the practice themselves.

  • Recorded versions have the instructor video recorded.

  • These recorded versions are sent to those who cannot make the class time, regardless of membership, punch card or drop-in payments for class.

  • These classes will eventually become available in your FitVid OnDemand Library.

  • The FitVid OnDemand Video Library is available with monthly autopay and yearly memberships.

Live Stream

​

  • Classes are a live stream of our scheduled studio class. You will see our yogis practicing live at the studio while our instructors offer instruction.

  • Recorded versions will use the audio recorded from the live stream, however, we will film the practice being done by the instructor at a later time. 

  • These classes will eventually become available in your FitVid OnDemand Library.

  • The FitVid OnDemand Video Library is available with monthly autopay and yearly memberships.

Direct Teach

​

  • Classes designated as 'Direct Teach'  have the instructor talking you through the practice as they are looking at the students through virtual video.

  • Instructions are given to each student for refinement. 

  • Each student who opts in to be seen through video receive cues specific for them during practice.

  • Students may opt out of their video and as such, will only hear audio instruction and will not be seen by the instructor.

Virtual Class Registration

  • Virtual Classes require pre-registration. Please use our Soleil Lune Yoga Center app to register.

  • Students must register a minimum of 2 hours in advance of class start time.

  • Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation your registration.

  • 10 minutes prior to class start time, an email will be sent that has the Meeting ID and Password for that specific class.

  • All classes have unique Meeting IDs and Passwords.

  • If you can not make Virtual Led class, simply register and a link for the recorded version of the practice will be sent to you after class is completed.

  • All class packages and drop-ins are accepted.

Using the Soleil Lune App

 

To sign in for classes and/or purchase yoga please use the Soleil Lune Yoga Center APP. You can download the app in your App Store.

Existing Students

You will need to login into the app by using the email address we have on file for you. Please DO NOT make a duplicate account if you are an existing student and running into issues. If you experience difficulties, please text Trish at:
